From LA to Singapore, get involved in this full-body cardio jam session that is inspired by the fun of playing the drums where you get to pound drumsticks to high tempo music. It’s a super intense workout that covers cardio, conditioning and strength training.
Just think lots of squats, lunges, crunches and jumps all while simulating drumming actions. Yes, it’s a gruelling workout.
